Backorder and Cancellation Policy
At Diamond Star, we strive to keep all products in stock and ready for immediate shipment. However, if an item is unavailable at the time of your order, it will be placed on backorder and shipped once it becomes available.
Backorder Details:
- You will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped.
- If you wish to cancel a backorder, please contact our support team, and a Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you.
Cancellation Policy:
- If your backorder is under $75, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- Backorders older than 6 months may also be canceled by Diamond Star.
