Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your glass products.

Shipping Hours

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Orders placed outside these hours, including weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • For custom or personalized glass items, additional processing time may apply. You’ll be notified of the expected timeline during checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package size, and weight at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. During checkout, an estimated delivery date will be provided based on carrier information.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your package. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS or FedEx website.

Handling Fragile Glass Products

We take extra care to ensure your glass products arrive safely.

  • All items are securely packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please see our Damaged Items section below.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the continental U.S.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged Items

In the rare event your glass item arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@diamondstarglass.com, or by calling 909-980-1658.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist in the claims process.
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us immediately.
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim if necessary.
