Diamond Star Return Policy
We encourage you to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is in good condition. Please review the following guidelines for returns and reporting issues:
Reporting Damages, Defects, and Discrepancies:
- Report all damages, defects, or discrepancies to Diamond Star's Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Send photos of any damaged items, along with the item number and the corresponding order number.
Return Authorization:
- No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Diamond Star.
- Unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return freight.
Return Conditions:
- Undamaged merchandise must be returned in the original cartons and cannot have any pre-pricing on them.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions are also subject to a 15% restocking fee, with return freight covered by the customer.
Product Variation:
- Due to the handcrafted techniques used in creating our products, slight variations in color and finishes may occur.
